Brolis Semiconductors is a high-tech company within Brolis Defence Group, engaged in developing and manufacturing of new generation semiconductor optoelectronic devices and electro-optical systems. BROLIS manufactures and offers products for the defence and security applications, including state-of-the-art laser aiming pointers and illuminators, SWIR and thermal sights, surveillance systems, night vision equipment, filters and related optoelectronic devices, also heavily used in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and analysis of international public tenders, preparation of required bid documentation for public procurements;

Coordination of procurement projects and management of signed contracts (monitoring of contractual obligations, preparation of reports, status quo presentations to clients and the team);

Assistance to senior sales & business development managers in coordinating sales, preparing offers, issuing invoices, organizing equipment deliveries to customers, etc;

When necessary, supporting marketing process with promotional activities including, but not limited to marketing material, trade shows and exhibitions, field trials and customer visits.

What we expectExperience in public procurement and/or EU project administration;
Attention to details, systematic and analytical thinking;
Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills;
Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision;
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Fluent in verbal and written English (90% of tasks will be conducted in English);
Clean records. The selected candidate will have no criminal or administrative law violation history, will not maintain relations in EU or NATO sanctioned countries, and will be required to submit a medical certificate form 049a.
