LAB TESTING ENGINEER

Brolis Semiconductors is a high-tech company specializing in the development and manufacturing of electro-optical systems for surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting, including laser markers, thermal imaging systems, night vision equipment, and other advanced devices.

We are looking for a Laboratory test engineer, who will be responsible for environmental impact and functional testing of manufactured devices.

Key ResponsibilitiesWork with advanced military electro-optical devices, such as thermal cameras, night vision systems and lasers;
Environmental testing and qualification of military electro-optical systems and components according to MIL-STD 810, NATO STANAG 4370 and other standards;
Working with environmental test equipment: 
o Climate chamber: temperature and humidity tests;
o Immersion chamber: water resistance tests;
o Vibration bench: shock and random vibration tests.
Operation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of measurement equipment;
Detailed functional verification of final devices after testing;
Preparation of test reports and analysis of results.

What we expectEducation in engineering, physics or other related fields;
Basic knowledge of CAD / technical drawings;
Basic electronics skills;
Proficiency in English;
Critical thinking, ability to solve problems and troubleshoot independently with minimal supervision;
Ability to collect, analyze and present quality data, take quality improvement actions and strive for improvement;
Attention to detail, diligence and sense of responsibility.
