Brolis Semiconductors is a high-tech company within Brolis Defence Group, engaged in developing and manufacturing of new generation semiconductor optoelectronic devices and electro-optical systems. BROLIS manufactures and offers products for the defence and security applications, including state-of-the-art laser aiming pointers and illuminators, SWIR and thermal sights, surveillance systems, night vision equipment, filters and related optoelectronic devices, also heavily used in Ukraine.
We invite a SALES COORDINATOR to join our team and contribute to a safer world!

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day sales project implementation;
Prepare and manage the required sales-related documentation;
Provide daily support to senior sales & business development managers by assisting with administrative and operational tasks;
Handle invoicing, coordinate order deliveries, maintain communication with customers;
Support marketing process and promotional activities including, but not limited to marketing material, trade shows and exhibitions, field trials and customer visits.

What we expect

High education diploma, preferably in economics, sales or engineering.
English language skills at C1 level;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn;
Clean records. The selected candidate will have to obtain permission to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate form 049a (a medical examination certificate same as the one necessary for a permit to acquire a weapon).

The salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience, and ranges between 2500-3300 € bruto.
