Brolis Semiconductors is a high-tech company within Brolis Defence Group, engaged in developing and manufacturing of new generation semiconductor optoelectronic devices and electro-optical systems. BROLIS manufactures and offers products for the defence and security applications, including state-of-the-art laser aiming pointers and illuminators, SWIR and thermal sights, surveillance systems, night vision equipment, filters and related optoelectronic devices, also heavily used in Ukraine.
We invite SYSTEM ASSEMBLY ENGINEER to join our team and contribute to a safer world!

Key Responsibilities

Assembly of laser and opto-mechanical BROLIS systems;

Application and compliance with standard quality assurance procedures;

Inspection of each assembled system and ensuring the highest quality standards;

Maintaining a clean and orderly workplace, daily upkeep, and compliance with 5S standards.

What we expectBasic knowledge of electronics, mechanics and optomechanics;
Ability to concentrate and work efficiently in a production environment, performing fine motor tasks;
Ability to read, understand and correctly interpret technical documentation in both Lithuanian and English languages;
Ability to collect, analyze and report quality data, take quality improvement actions and desire to do better;
Attention to detail, sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills;
Work experience with lasers, in a cleanroom or making assembly instructions is an advantage;
Clean records. The selected candidate will have to obtain permission to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate form 049a (a medical examination certificate same as the one necessary for a permit to acquire a weapon).
