Brolis Semiconductors is a high-tech company within Brolis Defence Group, engaged in developing and manufacturing of new generation semiconductor optoelectronic devices and electro-optical systems. BROLIS manufactures and offers products for the defence and security applications, including state-of-the-art laser aiming pointers and illuminators, SWIR and thermal sights, surveillance systems, night vision equipment, filters and related optoelectronic devices, also heavily used in Ukraine.
We invite QUALITY TECHNOLOGIST to join our team and contribute to a safer world!

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize quality processes – identify, implement, and improve inspection, testing and compliance procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
Design and implement efficiency tools – create and adapt simple fixtures, templates, checklists, or software/hardware aids to speed up and standardize quality checks.
Prepare quality documentation – draft clear quality instructions, procedures and related documents to support consistent operations and compliance.
Problem-solving – investigate quality issues, coordinate root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support cross-team quality operations – collaborate with team to ensure alignment on quality standards and best practices.

What we expectKnowledge of mechanical design;
Experience in the field of quality control and/or assurance within a manufacturing or high-reliability industry;
Experience with CMM automated measurements or optical metrology systems;
Ability to read, understand and correctly interpret technical documentation in both Lithuanian and English languages;
Ability to collect, analyse and report quality data, take quality improvement actions and desire to do better;
Attention to detail, diligence and a sense of responsibility, ability to concentrate in a dynamic environment;
Clean records. The selected candidate will have to obtain permission to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate form 049a (a medical examination certificate same as the one necessary for a permit to acquire a weapon).
